Instructions for Downloading ZIP Files

Most computers will automatically download and open the folder of files. If you are having trouble, try these steps:

1. If, once you've completed the form, your browswer asks if you would like to open or save the file, select Save and choose a convenient location such as your desktop (some browsers will save the folder to a default location). Click OK.
2. Locate the file you saved (may end in .zip) and double-click it. You may need to left-click the Extract button and select the location where you want to save the file. This will create a file folder with all the files you need to view the material.
3. Double-click the newly created file folder to view its contents.
